Artwork on display: Hawk at the Window 2/3 (22.5” x 10”, intaglio print and painted chin collé paper, 2023) and Situating Myself 1 (10” x 11”, intaglio print and painted chin collé paper cutouts, 2023)
I had the opportunity to display two prints and a notebook spread in a group exhibition at Carleton College as a culmination of our study abroad trip to Australia. During this trip, we painted the places we visited and spent three weeks working at the Australian Print Workshop learning intaglio (copper plate) printing techniques. My work was displayed in a gallery with the work of other students from the trip.
Below are enlarged versions of the three Hawk at the Window Varied Edition prints, and Situating Myself 2.
